If you do not receive mobile app updates, there are several reasons:
- Your version is already up to date? Excellent! Then there is nothing else to consider.
- You have not activated the automatic updates. In this case, you have to check for a newer version yourself, or set the automatic update on your smartphone.
- Due to technical advances, and the ongoing evolution of mobile apps, older devices may be excluded from new updates if they no longer meet the minimum requirements.
- In some cases, the origin of the smartphone you are currently using may also play a role in your ability to use the mobile app. This is then independent of the minimum technical requirements.
